Badi Beit (a trading name) is a real estate marketing platform that publishes property listings submitted by property owners, developers, brokers, agents, and other third parties, as well as listings marketed directly by its affiliated real estate brokerage.

While reasonable efforts may be made to present accurate information, Badi Beit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, ownership status, availability, pricing, permits, measurements, or documentation of any property listed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and obtaining independent legal, financial, and technical advice before entering into any transaction.

For listings submitted by third parties, Badi Beit does not independently verify all information, representations, or documents provided and shall not be liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, inaccuracies, omissions, disputes, or damages arising from such listings.

Any purchase, sale, lease, investment, or other transaction is undertaken solely at the user’s own risk. Badi Beit and its affiliated companies shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, claims, damages, costs, or disputes arising from the use of the platform or from any transaction connected to a property advertised on the platform.
