By accessing or using the Badi Beit website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Use of the Platform

Badi Beit provides an online real estate marketing platform for browsing, publishing, and inquiring about property listings. You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to post false, misleading, or unauthorized content.

2. Listings and Third-Party Content

Property listings may be submitted by property owners, developers, brokers, agents, and other third parties, or marketed directly by Badi Beit’s affiliated real estate brokerage. Badi Beit does not represent that it has verified every detail of every listing unless expressly stated.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Badi Beit is a sub-brand operated by B2D Real Estate and serves as a real estate listing and marketing platform. Each property listing is the sole responsibility of the individual broker, agent, owner, or party who publishes it, and Badi Beit and B2D Real Estate assume no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, or content of such listings.

While reasonable efforts may be made to present accurate information, Badi Beit and B2D Real Estate do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, ownership status, availability, pricing, permits, measurements, or documentation of any property listed on the platform. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and obtaining independent legal, financial, and technical advice before entering into any transaction.

For listings submitted by third parties, Badi Beit and B2D Real Estate do not independently verify all information, representations, or documents provided and shall not be liable for any fraud, misrepresentation, inaccuracies, omissions, disputes, or damages arising from such listings.

Any purchase, sale, lease, investment, or other transaction is undertaken solely at the user’s own risk. Badi Beit, B2D Real Estate, and their affiliated companies shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, claims, damages, costs, or disputes arising from the use of the platform or from any transaction connected to a property advertised on the platform.

4. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
